Florry the Lorry - Facebook Friday 17th June 2022

🚛 Last night it was very hot in the lorry. Vanlife in the hot heat is hard at night when you can't open the back because we're parked on a road. It's definitely very hot and humid here and if it continues, we will just open the back up a little and hope it's ok.

🚛 We've moved on to another roadside park up n Binibeca a bit closer to the dive centre and quieter. Rolo is going to a friend tomorrow as we can't take him with us for tomorrows adventure as it's too hot.

🤿 Today, we've had a lovely day once again. Jessica and myself went diving and it was fantastic! Lots of fish about, little rocks to swim through and we even got to see sting rays which is a first for me here in Menorca. Beautiful creatures were sleeping in the posodonia. We also saw Barracuda's. One of the biggest fallacies regarding Barracuda is that they are vicious predators that frequently attack people. Barracudas are relatively passive towards humans and while inquisitive, will seldom stalk divers. Thanks Binibeca Diving Menorca For a lovely fun dive again 👍

😴 After a good morning diving and the intense heat we actually both had a siesta. Not sure how anyone can lie out in the sun on the beach in this heat. It's too hot for us.

🏊 Later afternoon although it was still hot, we all went down to Cala Torret where we often go to refresh and swim. The sea is defintiely nice to refresh and Chris, Jess, Rolo and I enjoyed a splash about to cool off.
